Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, cost, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We ship to UK, Europe, Austrailia and internationally. Risk passes to you when items are dispatched to the carrier. Customers are responsible for import duties on international orders.
Consumer rights (UK/EU)
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Distance selling and cancellation (UK)
For most purchases you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt (14-day cooling-off period) for a full refund, subject to returns being in original condition unless faulty. To cancel, notify us at [email address] and return items as instructed. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty or not as described.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns accepted within 30 days for non-faulty items (unless otherwise stated). Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. Non-returnable items: perishable goods, personalised items, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery (unless faulty).
Warranty and disclaimers
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Products sold “as is” otherwise. We exclude implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where law requires otherwise.
